| Regular and Student registration fee includes: – Conference materials – Access to all lectures, poster sessions during the conference. – Refreshments during the conference (welcome party, lunches, coffee breaks and conference dinner). – Guided tour in Český Krumlov – Accommodation with breakfast (April 14-17, 2026 in Hotel Růže) (Students will mainly be accommodated in twin rooms and, depending on availability, may be accommodated in single rooms) Note: Student fee – further documents approving student status may be required. Eligible for student fee is a PHD or master’s degree, under 35 years of age. Retiree – means without regular income from an institution | Accompanying person registration fee includes: – Accompanying person badge. – Access to a welcome party, lunches and a conference dinner. – Accommodation with breakfast (April 14-17, 2026 in Hotel Růže) with their partner/parents – Guided tour in Český Krumlov with all participants |

Payment
Registration fees are collected on behalf of JdA2026 by the Conference Secretariat:

All fees are to be paid in EUR or CZK, free of all bank charges. However, please confirm with your bank as to any possible charges from their side.
Invitation letter for visa application
Please use the part “Request for invitation letter” in the registration form.
Cancellation / Refund Policy:
- Until 15.2. 2026 – 80% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- From 16.2. until 15.3. 2026 – 50% of the fee will be refunded.
- From 16.3. 2026 no refund can be processed.
No refunds will be given for registrations and ticketed events for failure to attend, late arrival or early departure from the conference JDA2026
All cancellations must be provided in writing by email to the Secretariat of the JDA2026 using info@jda2026.eu and cannot be done over the phone.
Requests for refunds made after March 16th 2026 will not be considered.
For any change of name a fee of 50 EUR will be charged.
All refund will be made after the end of the conference.
